1. Scope

These terms govern access to the mAIson website, Founder Hub and related creative, production, review, scheduling, publishing and analytics features. A separate written project agreement takes priority where it expressly differs from these terms.

2. Authorised use

You may use the services only for lawful work and for accounts, content and rights you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for information, instructions, media, approvals and account access supplied to mAIson.

You must not use the service to infringe rights, mislead people, distribute harmful or unlawful material, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected systems or bypass platform restrictions.

3. Connected social accounts

Connecting a social account authorises only the permissions presented by that platform. You remain responsible for the account, its audience settings and compliance with the platform’s rules.

mAIson separates content approval from publishing approval. Nothing should be published unless the required approvals shown in the Hub have been completed. You may revoke a connection through the relevant platform; this may stop scheduled or pending actions.

4. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights in content you provide. You grant mAIson the limited rights needed to store, process, adapt and transmit that content for the requested service.

Ownership and permitted use of commissioned output are governed by the applicable project agreement. Third-party materials, models, music, fonts and platform features remain subject to their own licences and terms.

5. AI-assisted production

mAIson combines human direction with AI-assisted production. Outputs may require creative, factual, legal, brand and platform review before use. You must not rely on an output as professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice.

Where a platform requires disclosure or labelling of AI-generated content, the applicable disclosure must be enabled before publishing.

6. Availability and external platforms

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific reach, engagement, approval or publication timing. TikTok, Instagram and other providers control their own APIs, reviews, limits and account decisions and may change them without notice.

We may pause an operation where approval is missing, a connection is invalid, a provider is unavailable or continuing would create a security, legal or duplication risk.

7. Charges

Any project fee, provider cost or paid generation action must be agreed separately. The website and social-account connection do not by themselves authorise paid advertising, media spend or chargeable provider actions.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, mAIson is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost reach, lost revenue, provider outages, account restrictions or decisions made by third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended where needed to protect accounts, data, systems or third parties, or where these terms are materially breached. You may stop using the service and revoke connected accounts at any time, subject to outstanding project obligations.

10. Law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory consumer or other protections that apply to you. We may update the terms when the service or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
